My Experience

A versatile employee communications and project manager, with 20 years experience in major blue chip organisations in the IT, Telecoms, Utility and Public Sector.
Wide experience of employee communications from strategy at board level to tactical and pragmatic hands-on delivery. In depth knowledge in major change programmes including redundancy, out- and in-sourcing, join ventures and organisational change. An accomplished problem solver with a strong track record in revitalising projects and a proven ability to project manage complex implementations and lead disparate teams.

My Availability
